From the CBC: After anti-immigrant laws lead to the arrests of Greek men, Brackenreid regrets releasing his carpenter when he's suspected of murder.

Watching Louise Cherry make things up regarding the Greeks was like Sue-Ann Levy of the Toronto Sun making things up about refugees in a Toronto hotel a couple of weeks ago.
Good episode overall, I was glad Murdoch pushed Julia into doing the right thing and treating the man with gangrene. That doctor who listened to her and ended up treating the man with her...did the look between them at the end mean anything more than him thanking her for reminding him of why he became a doctor?

I thought that briefly as well but - William and Julia are really solid as a couple right now and I just can't see her doing it? Like I know she did it with Garland with Murdoch but she actually already had significant feelings for William when she married Darcy...(been there done that have the emotional trauma to prove it) If anything he'll develop an obsession over her and go on a killing spree.

Well that episode certainly had a darker tone than last weeks ep. With some interesting echos into more current day issues.
Been a while since Inspector Bumblreid brought out the ol' black glove. Kind of threw me off as I wasn't expecting him to revert back to that habit. Thankfully though he didn't actually hit the man.
I am totally here for Julia sticking it to obnoxious white men who blame emotions on gender. SLAY QUEEN SLAY
Totally loved the fired maid coming back and helping Murdoch and Brax stick it to the old racist white construction baron dude. That was immensely satisfying.
I feel like Louise Cherry has become that person we all love to hate.
I think that was the most normal I've seen watts move in a long time! Ugh and his love of food. I am totally here for him and Crabtree going around trying all the weird and wonderful food places in Toronto.

Finally got to watch this one. I really enjoyed the darker vibe to the episode. I loved how Brackenreid also almost reverted back to his old behaviour. And then had a change of heart. Very realistic because even when people do their best to change for the better, old habits die hard. I loved the sub-plot with Julia and the hospital. I really am enjoying the nurse she works with. And I also wondered about that LOOK she shared with the other surgeon outside LOL. Hehehe. That Miss Cherry is starting to get a bit on the hateful side. I say bring back Patty Glynn. He was much funner. Loved his exchanges with Brackenreid.
