I think my 'psychic' prediction was the general idea that "the clothing did it" as in The Devil Wears Whalebone. Now that was cheating! They can certainly squeeze a few more ideas out of your psychic prowess: the chemical dyes did it, the workers organized to do it, they dyes converted to mustard gas (I see this coming in the web game...)... Lol, we can only hope!

Add to that they chose to use Periscope for the video and it's only for iPhone they're basically ignoring a large section of their audience or forcing them to use something they'd prefer not to just to join in. Doesn't make sense to me. I do occasionally use Chrome so that isn't a problem but I refuse to pay for a name i.e. Apple products. The periscope thing annoys me too. I'm not able to watch the live stream simply because I have android devices. Poop. We should complain!!

Yes we were so I am content to step back and let that one go because they are making all the information available in a timely manner. I'm a firm believer in picking my battles.

To be honest I'm not following this game with much dedication right now. Perhaps in a couple of weeks I'll take more interest as there's more info available. I find it frustrating waiting for the next chapter. I never did like WIP. I may go to Gooderham and Worts on May 16 as much because it's been so long since I was there and I'd like to see what they've turned it into. I'll see nearer the time. Couldn't go to the first one after all as I realized I'd committed to a dog show and although I couldn't show the pup because of an eye injury I'd promised to introduce a couple of people.

I haven't had time to sit back and enjoy it myself. I haven't even played the chemical mixing game yet!

I was at the event on Saturday and it was a lot of fun. I did not expect to see any of the cast so I was not disappointed. The whole point was to get into the game, not a meet and greet. So I took my notebook and interviewed all the players about what they had, and what they knew about the body, which wasn't much. You had four constables, standing by the clues, and the body, a rabid anti-monarchist handing out pamphlets, a loud railway man with a criminal past, a dismissive ticket taker, and two ladies who were vocal about how much the dead body was inconveniencing them as they waited to take their train to Kingston. I have no idea about a chemical mixing game. If it's something you have to download I probably can't do it! How fun! I'm so jealous! Keep that notebook! You should decorate it a lot and make it into a collector's item for yourself! It's a Murdoch Mysteries notebook I bought at the showing of the 100th episode. Proving useful.

I don't understand why they favor Chrome, either. I'm under the impression Firefox is the dominant browser. Maybe Chrome has some special video plug-in capability...? Add to that they chose to use Periscope for the video and it's only for iPhone they're basically ignoring a large section of their audience or forcing them to use something they'd prefer not to just to join in. Doesn't make sense to me. I do occasionally use Chrome so that isn't a problem but I refuse to pay for a name i.e. Apple products. I have an iPhone but I don't do Twitter, which seems to be required for Periscope.

I want Dr. Grace and George to reunite, marry? His girl friend of now (who cares for the little boy) is so "washed out," and NOT engaging of a character at all. Was better "tension" and interest between George and Dr. Grace!!!

"You can’t do this for every show. It has to be a world-building, self-contained show that has a lore and rules to it,” says Bennett. This is what I've been saying the ultimate "cult" appeal of MM would be. I noticed last year that the set-visit did have the meticulousness of people who had an immersive mmorpg experience somewhere in the back of their minds. This has really been enabling for the variety of types of Smoke Bomb productions as well. I'm glad they pushed the limits! Unfortunately I've had a terribly busy month and still need to catch up on all the episodes myself.
