A very good episode. I don't have anything to add because Fallenbelle and Hodge covered what I wanted to say. Great posts, people.

Was Lovecraft really that creepy in real life? All the characters were so macbre and creepy.
You'd think Julia would be better at sewing after all the stitching she's done as a coroner and doctor. Though she isn't really the domestic type.It was cute how she wanted to at least try to do it for William.

I screamed twice in the first half hour, first when Julia put her hand on Margaret's shoulder in the morgue and again when Margaret opened the box and found the finger. I really enjoyed this episode and it's quirky characters. I am curious, though, why did Margaret ask Thomas to escort her to the morgue to talk to Julia instead of just approaching her herself? That seemed kind of pointless.

Oh hello there dark and edgy Murdoch Mysteries - it's been a while!
Earlier I said I was getting Bloodlust vibes and now after watching the episode I definatly have Bloodlust vibes!
Julia sewing was just adorable. Just plain adorable. I kind of felt sorry for Crabtree - Lovecraft kept on trying to dampen my little optimistic chipmunk.
Arwen Humphreys surly has a set a lungs on her!
To be honest not much more to say - I rather enjoyed this one - nice creepy and edgy a Murdoch Mystery that we haven't seen in a while!

He wrote multiple, lengthy letters about hating every single race other than his own and in one horrible instance once wrote he wished the entire Chinatown area would be exterminated if I remember correctly. this was an interesting read I discovered a while back; www.theatlantic.com/amp/article/401471/
