No, it stays at ten. See, I've played a lot of hangman and while it may seem like longer words or phrases would be harder, they actually aren't. This is because there are so many more chances for the guesses to show up somewhere in it. If anything, the longer ones are probably easier. Now you may feel like being a smartass and saying my last quote disproves what I just said but that was an exception. If it hadn't had so many similar length words, and been in French, I doubt you would have solved it so fast.
