Made in EnglandThe one on the left is Ca. 1910. The one on the right is Ca. 1920. The whistle on the left is the oldest police whistle in my collection. Of the whistles used in MM, that one is the closest in style to what was around in the 1890s-1900s.

ONE pen or pencil - single - on it's own - sells for $250-$380.
ONE pen or pencil SET (a pair) sells for $600-$760!! Not bad, when you consider I only paid...oh... $65.00!!...for the pair.
