I'm headed back to the land of the rising sun tomorrow, Wow I somehow forgot you were just here and actually resided in Japan. That's soooooooo cool! Is Mr. Tokyobelle Japanese? Yep. At the airport now, and waiting for boarding now. The hubby is an american too-we're both teachers and met in Japan. We had our own workplace romance. And lucky for us, our principal thought that it was adorable,

After the room had been cleared and the men or ladies or whatever they'd been had all been gathered to take down to the station, William held Julia back for a moment. Looking at at him quizzically, she wondered what was going on as he looked at her with a look she couldn't quite place. Was he angry? Disgusted? Or was it something else? She'd never seen that look on his face before. And then...she knew. It was an intense lust she'd never seen before as he backed her up against a wall and pinned both her arms over her head with one arm while ripping the mustache off with the other. He hungrily stared at her again for a few moments before pulling off her wig and smirked as he kissed her with an intensity she'd never seen from him before.
Not that she could think all that much, not with him pressed up against her, all hot and bothered. She wanted to touch his face, run her fingers through his hair, something, but as she tried to free herself, his grip tightened and he softly growled. She'd never seen him like this before, and wondered what had come over him, what had brought this William out as he pulled her closer-flush against him. Without the corset, petticoats, and skirts, she felt the physical evidence of his ardor against her abdomen. Intriguing indeed. She hadn't seen this William before, but she rather liked it. And just as soon as it had started, he softly nipped at her lip and released her. Tugging at at his jacket to cover his arousal, he looked at her one last time. "We'll finish this later, Julia." And then he waited for her to proceed him, and he hurried her out the door with his hand on her back. She was looking forward to later. Very much so. She wondered what else he would do to her "as a man." Wow. she's practically naked without that corset, actually. No bras! I wonder how she's going to get out of the building now... And I kind of wonder what she's planning to wear later to keep things this steamy! Well not quite naked. She must have had to bind herself up a bit. But if she's extolling how comfortable she is, that tells you loads about how horrible corsets are!

lol is that actually him? I presume it is, since the CBC made it. And since the CBC did have some savvy marketing guy who was on top of the Sharknado twitter feed, I'm kind of bummed a Murdoch Mysteries person didn't throw one on. They could have done something like what I did and got some serious eye-grab in the U.S. There's another "wave" (har, har pun) of Sharknado in the reruns of the movies today - but it would have been better to get in on the first run on Wednesday. Someone needs to grab George's typewriter and go bonk whoever is responsible for MM social media marketing over the head.

Apparently people like the innuendo vid I made (I mean, I actually got a comment for once ) so if you guys can think of another ep that was rife with such fare, please let me know. I guess bloodlust might be a contender...

I mean on YT. Pretty much the only time people comment is for Jilliam vids...though I suppose I did get a few for the unnecessary censorship ones.

I'm sure there were a few with sticks up their backsides about it, but I'm willing to bet quite a few found it hot.

I guess bloodlust might be a contender... I'm sure Journey to the Centre of Toronto was by far the most egregious contender. But there may be more in the future lol. I added it to my Buzzfeed list as well. Still hoping to get some notice for that somehow. It's so frustrating - none of the traditional ways of bring stuff to people's attention in the US work anymore. And the things I am clever enough to know about, I can't do. It's killing me that I couldn't throw something into the Sharknado tweets: what an obvious opportunity! But it makes me equally grumpy that the only other person who thought of this was on CBC news with the Rob Ford joke. *le sigh* Sharknado, which is only a movie, also advance promoted by sending nifty t-shirts to weather newsfolk - which turned out to be tweet-worthy in itself. Over a billion tweets in the end. Genius.

I ship my OTPs pretty hard, but I can appreciate other things as well. Even laugh about my OTPs. Jeesh. YouTube/Google's move toward linking all your accounts made me nervous about commenting or subscribing to anything. It was a dumbass facebook-like move on their part. While they meant to inhibit "trolls" by encouraging people to assume "real identity", all they did is constrain everyone with any sort of Internet wisdom from speaking, and those younger sparks who think they are still "free" to speak up without consequences will learn/regret eventually.

*raises hand* (like Tracy Flick in Election) You could do a vid on all the times Julia has teased William mercilessly, and give it a title something like "all the teases William is going to want revenge for after William and Julia are married.." I got this idea from the scene TokyoFallenBelle pointed out in Let Loose the Dogs. When William goes to meet Julia after she drops him a note...to issue an apology (after he hasn't been all that rude)...there she is parading her cleavage right under his nose. She's sweating, her hair is flying in the wind, William is definitely skeptical about whether all this exercise and ankle-showing is about is fending off tuberculosis, but he doesn't pass up the chance to study the goods on offer. Julia takes a looooooooong time to button up. And she chooses that moment to use the word "penis" out in the open and discuss making love "vigorously". I kind of felt sorry for William. Even if he had started courting her on the spot, there's not a lot more he would have imagined they could have gotten up to immediately (unless he imagined she was a prostitute: and frankly she was kind of giving off that vibe in this particular scene). Anyway that was a huge teaaaaaaaaaaaaase, which William couldn't do anything about. I wonder how many others there would be if we rewatch earlier seasons looking for them. If you want to do a vid on this, perhaps we should open a separate thread to help you out. It should be earlier seasons - cruel teasing in Season 7 is just too obvious, and too close to the finish line to matter, so I guess not that cruel. I just had the odd thought that this is an alternative spin to William's "dark places". Given how ultra-tidy and cafeful he is, being continually sexually frustrated by a "disorderly woman" (one who literally longed to be liberated from her corset) might have led to more than one urge to take the nun's ruler to her. Which would then kick in several form's of insta-repression: ungentlemanly behavior, disrespect toward Mom (especially when he had suspected his father of being violent), and Catholic guilt whenever he sees Julia as the Virgin/angel. Have some more Freudian thoughts along those lines, but they lead off this rated PG forum.
