We haven't been to she the sights for many years, and we found a lovely little hotel to stay in. I hope our trip to the haunted house is as good as we hope. The Eastern State Penitentiary is a notorious prison in Philly and every year they stage a haunted house. I've wanted to go for years so this is my big chance. There are a few art exhibits we want to see and check on the historic landmarks to see if they have changed any. It will be a low key affair and we are really looking forward to it |

This was a bad year for us, my dad died in late May and my mother-in-law died in mid September. Dad lived here and my hubby took care of all the paperwork. My hubby's mom has been an invalid for several years and he had just returned from a trip back to see her when tow days late we got the call. It never rains but it pours. Anyway, we are getting back to our normal life now and I have a new camera I want to check out. That's probably more than you wanted to know but there it is. |
