I'm fascinated as well.  Maybe he thought she was going to take it off, or he was having great difficulty restraining himself. He was already on a testosterone high from threatening Leslie and kicking much ass down at the docks-if Julia had continued stroking and pulling on the tie, he would have had her on the desk with skirts thrown up a la Bloodlust. 

That leash is fraying quite badly under all the strain. 

While CC was joking, I think she's right about the, uh, embarrassment, hahaha.

Either way he wasn't happy about it, but yet looking down like that drew unwarranted attention to it, lol.

And it's own archive. I've always felt the fic would just materialize if the archive were there.
