From PM on fb: Next episode changes everything (jan) Now I'm worried!! I knew it!!! Watching the show last night, I noticed how smoothly things were going with everyone at the station house, at the morgue with Julia and Rebecca and with the Murdochs, etc. Not sure exactly what it is that PM is referring to but yeah, I had a sense of the calm before the storm. One thing in particular that hit me was the fact that we've had warm, fuzzy W/J served to us on a silver-platter so far this season. That can't be good. PM does not do that. (In preparation for viewing the 2nd half of Season 9 can we add an 'exploding head' emoji on this site? Maybe more than one....?)

Everything is too comfortable and working too well. I think we're heading for a fall.... I'm wondering if 'one' of the actors is leaving as I can't imagine the writers deliberately cutting their own throats, by possibly losing audience, by writing out a main character. I don't think we would be invested enough in a secondary character to warrant 'everything changes'. I just hope I'm wrong! I hate having six weeks to stew over this I'm not sure I can take it.

I was thinking of the opposite circumstance that some of us might find unfortunate- a child on the show

I am thinking that it could have something to do with Julia. The happy marriage comments and Rebecca being in the morgue. I hope not. Maybe it could have something to do with someone's background. Raised on Robbery is an interesting title.

Sorry, Hodge, but I'm really hoping you're wrong. Hoping I'm wrong too, for that matter.

I wish PM had kept this comment to himself, I think he's ruined my Christmas....

I wish PM had kept this comment to himself, I think he's ruined my Christmas.... My guess is Eva Pearce comes back. She really got into Julia's head last season, and her escape was for a reason. That wasn't an accident.

I'm not one but I know a lot of people miss Emily. They haven't really embarked on an "arc" this season, and the arcs are usually packed with a lot of angst. Woo hoo!
