Is this promo picture from this year? George be looking serious. Is this George "The Man" (as opposed to "wacky sidekick") making a sneak preview appearance? Also, in a suit, George gets his own tie. A red one!

Both look good. I think George looks better in the dark suit apposed to his normal pale grey suit. I do like a smartly dressed man. Oh, could someone buy William another set of cufflinks, he has had the same set for years.

A red one! I quite like George's tie-it's bolder than William's, which makes perfect sense to me. I also suspect that George will be a slightly flashier dresser than William, because that's what his aunts taught him.

They are looking mighty fine but uh, I feel like I've seen this in past years...but perhaps all the shoots are so similar that I can't distinguish them anymore.
Where did you find the pic?

Do they have any special design? Maybe we should campaign for Julia to give William some new cufflinks for Christmas - wouldn't that be some fan service! *Christina Jennings starts Kickstarter campaign to buy William some decent cufflinks*

It's going to take a great actor to pull off both the hilarious wingman and suave "other detective Murdoch" who can step up in an emergency.

They are looking mighty fine but uh, I feel like I've seen this in past years...but perhaps all the shoots are so similar that I can't distinguish them anymore. Where did you find the pic? It was from my random search of Murdoch Mysteries/William Murdoch on Google. Those searches come up with a lot more now than they did just 6 months ago when you could only get 2-3 rows of pictures. It was so pathetic it made MM look like a failed pilot from 1987! But I think the main problem was that discussion about MM was occurring in places that Google couldn't see. Now it's looking a bit healthier. One of the problems is Tumblr isn't such a great replacement for Blogger and Livejournal. It's difficult to use. I think for older folks it's just difficult to look at - it's built for the ADHD generation. It also requires a certain level of bandwidth just to load. Then a lot of people turned to the twitter/fb shortform formula, but that's generally hidden from Google. Meanwhile Google has changed its algorithm a lot to prevent SEO spam, but I've noticed this has had the effect of hiding minor blog posts and "mentions". In some of the work I do, I go around and hunt for where people are mentioned in forums and such. I used to find hundreds of these. Now they don't come up on Google at all unless I jigger a lot with the Advanced Search functions. Anyway, it's now a lot harder to get a solid "web presence" because Google just wants you to be discoverable, they don't want you dominate! By the way, if you see a good pic, you should save it while you can. Sometimes they do come from transient sources that will be gone a few months later.
