It's true about her being unrecognizable when she is not in her costume and makeup. Hubby and I went to a screening of Loch Ness Murdoch and she and Lachlan were there in the lobby. I instantly recognized him but she had to tell me who she was! She was so kind about it too! My picture of them together was my avatar on this board for quite a while.

This was a great interview. Thanks for posting!

I saw that she'd been at the studio for the tour but assumed she wasn't around when the MME group was there. I did talk to her the next day at the MME. She really is a lovely lady.

Yes, I got to talk to her at the Pub Night, and she was great......very friendly and welcoming, and, I think, genuinely surprised at how much interest people had in her character......
