Tickets went on sale for the tour of the Toronto studio, where the station house and morgue sets are, among other things and 1200 tickets sold out in 3 minutes.......Shaftsbury has scrambled to at more tours on the following day.......there would appear to be a bit of local interest in the series....

Wow I can't believe they sold out in 3 minutes! I wish I could travel up to Toronto for it. I'd do just about anything to visit the morgue. |

Wow I can't believe they sold out in 3 minutes! I wish I could travel up to Toronto for it. I'd do just about anything to visit the morgue. You may have your chance, they're opening up the set on Sunday the 9th as well. Ticket sales will be announced on Monday. |

It was crazy. I was on right at noon and couldn't get them. FB and twitter blew up. Even Shafstbury was saying there were technical problems early on. Most of us thought the system crashed but no, just lots of really fast fingers. I'm glad they are adding the second day. I did end up getting tickets for my friend about 2 hours later. Whew! |

I'm considering myself very lucky, I managed to get a ticket for the 3-5 time slot......and that was after trying 2 other slots......I'm so glad there is this kind of excitement and enthusiasm for the series....

I'm also glad about the enthusiasm and excitement. I'm hoping it translates to good viewing figures again for S9 so we can at least make it to S10 if not more. |

My friend's mom and son are big fans. I did end up getting some 2 hours later. I think the only bias is toward quick fingers and a natural sense of how to navigate a given site FAST. I was operating on the assumption that the system had crashed so I stayed on and kept refreshing. I practically hung up the phone on Hodge when I saw tickets come up!  I wasn't worried for myself. I already have a guaranteed entry with my MME ticket.  |

They sold out so fast, Shaftsbury thought there was a glitch.......I think I was really lucky, because the time slot I got was my 3rd choice......
