Hi everyone
I just started watching last year and have been catching up slowly via the CBC website. I am wondering why Julia and Darcy split up. Did he cheat on her? I am not sure if I imagined that he was seen leaving a hotel with another woman or if I am mixing MM up with another show.

That is difficult to answer because it took better than one season to come to fruition. The best thing to say is Darcy and Julia had irreconcilable differences. They were too different and that does not even take William into consideration which we must.

It also became obvious to him that Julia wanted to be with William. He let her go, then changed his mind, but Julia was never going to go back to him. Darcy found a lady friend after Julia refused a reconciliation. You didn't imagine them leaving a hotel, I assume we were supposed to think it was an adulterous affair.

Thanks! Do you know which season and episode this happened in? Darcy told Julia she should be with the one she wanted in Twentieth Century Murdoch. He tore up the divorce papers in Murdoch in Ladies Wear and was seen departing the hotel with a lady in Lovers in a Murderous Time.
