Hi everyone

I just started watching last year and have been catching up slowly via the CBC website. I am wondering why Julia and Darcy split up. Did he cheat on her? I am not sure if I imagined that he was seen leaving a hotel with another woman or if I am mixing MM up with another show.

Darcy told Julia she should be with the one she wanted in Twentieth Century Murdoch. He tore up the divorce papers in Murdoch in Ladies Wear and was seen departing the hotel with a lady in Lovers in a Murderous Time.
