Thought I should make a post, since I've commented on a couple of threads/started my own; seemed a bit rude not to make an introduction!  Got into the show about 3 months ago in the most innocuous of ways- started to go in early with a co-worker, and in the process of making coffee in the team room, we noticed the TV was on. And there was this show that caught our eye. So we sat down with a cup of coffee and watched. (We're the only ones in for the first 2 hours and we make our own work load for the day.) I have to admit, at first, we were all, "What is this all about? LOL!" But there's a real genuineness about it that's won us over, and we're all about it now.  I do write fan fiction (under the same name over at ff.net and archive of our own), and though I've predominantly written F/F fic over the last few years, the W/J pairing is really tempting me to write them! I'm currently writing a fic that involves them as secondary characters, just to see if I can get a handle on writing that time period. (And as some might have seen, I'm very tempted to try and finish SpeakingThroughBodies' "You Know Where the City Is".) Once I finish my own fic, we'll see what happens! Big James Bond fan. Liverpool FC supporter. Comic book collector. I think that's it. |

Unfortunately, I hadn't started watching the show at that point.  Oh, and Sláinte. Used to watch LFC matches there, but it's been closed for a while now. |
