I hesitated to post this here, as it's technically NOT a MM story in that they aren't the primary characters. However, I think I gave them enough material that they can be considered important to the story, and it does take place in Toronto.
This story is a sequel of sorts to an AU I wrote for the Rizzoli & Isles fandom, called 'Possum', which takes place in Wyoming in the late 1800s. With a bit of bending, I was able to make a meeting of these two shows work in the same time line. I will say, the Rizzoli & Isles pairing (or 'Rizzles' for the unfamiliar) is a F/F pairing, and while there is no smut in this story, I don't shy away from it being an established pairing. And if you decide to read 'Possum', you will find rated 'M' material between two women. I don't think you need to read 'Possum' to follow this story, certainly if you're only interested in the William/Julia moments, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.
This is a 47,000 word completed story; I'm just waiting for chapters to get back to me from my beta reader, and since she's my wife, it won't take long! I'll post chapters as I get them from her.
