I have to be honest and say that I am very disappointed with Season 11. I guess I can count on one hand the episodes I liked. Episodes were in the dark, hard to follow or just plain boring. The absences of Brackenreid and Crabtree were an annoyance, and especially the appearances of Ruth Newsome and her brother, and the idiotic romance with Higgins, and the reappearance of Meyers and Clegg was especially annoying. I guess the writers themselves are bored. Maybe Season 12 should end the series.....

The sign in Yiddish at the theater showed everything in the wrong direction in Murdoch Shmurdoch. The Hebrew/Yiddish alphabet goes from right to left, but the poster had the words written in reverse!

I do tend to agree. Maybe it has run it's course. Certainly the writers have run out of new ideas. It's a shame but the same has happened with many series such as Charmed and NCIS.

When I first watched the 11th season online (Acorn) I found some of the episodes to be quite dull, but after I got my DVDs and watched it on television, I rather enjoyed the season far more than originally. In fact, I watched most of the episodes twice on DVD. I especially liked the Christmas episode and the skeleton. I live in the USA so I depend on the DVDs and Acorn for the most recent episodes since the 9th season just began airing in my area.
