From the CBC: When a man dies in a deliberately set fire, Murdoch's investigation reveals some shocking personal history.
Sounds like Murdoch's past is really catching up on him given this and Six of the Best.......

No, it is 14...….13 is Murdoch and the Undetectable Man, which I misnumbered (typing has never been a strong point)…….that one has been corrected.

Gosh I'm so late to this. I absolutely loved this episode! (backstories always make me happy as The Guardian of the Murdoch Temporal Continuum) Also character development for Murdoch! He was so clearly not fine (desipite his insistance that he was) and the fact that he could admit that by the end (that he was angry) and that maybe even though he didn't get the ending he may of liked with his father maybe solving his murder (and the kidnapping crime) helped him reach a level of understanding. Sure it doesn't fix the relationship or the anger, and just general disappointment William had toward his father, but maybe just understanding helps. Julia has some experiance with unfinished deaths with fathers - as didn't her father die before she got home in time? And she ended up dragging Murdoch in to help her investigate? Anyway I was glad she was able to help him some - even just to reach a level of understanding like she did post-mortem with her father.
(also i asked about Jasper the exact moment William said that he "supposed he should let jasper know")

This was a bit of a surprise. I was disappointed that harry Murdoch has been written out. He played a great character and i would have loved to see more of him. William was amazing in this. He managed to keep to that dark sombre mood for most of the show. I was so glad when he finally returned to normal. Julia's outfits have been the best this season that i have ever seen. Julia always looks amazing. Good to see George has lost some of that weight he put on. Fantastic episode.
