I am writing to the writers and producers of this show. I enjoy the MM thoroughly however the most recent episode I saw titled the Killing Dose I was very disappointed in seeing. For one thing, I am a physician and have to say no self respecting physician would ever consider to make a unilateral decision to give a lethal dose to a a patient. This goes well beyond the ideas of euthanasia and palliative care. Those ideas are all held in the belief that the physician is acting in accordance with the patients wishes as expressed by the patient, or by their family members speaking on the patients behalf based on their interpretations of what the patient would have wanted. This episode crosses those lines and turns a strong woman character into a true murderer. She is not exemplifying a rationale pointe of view. I would hope that you turn this around soon, as I would hate to cut MM off from my life. Also I’m tired of writers just not letting a couple be happy together. It is sad to see that you even consider sending her into the arms of another man. This is such a tv show cliche.

I agree with your sentiments above, as I am myself a retired medic. I have found this latest series attempting to sensationalise instead of entertain. I have watched MM from the very first episode but am finding it too far fetched to enjoy any more.

I'm just catching up on the series, and I'm relieved not to be the only one to have trouble with this season.

This was a terrible episode. What were they thinking?
I used to be a nurse and really can't believe this terrible storyline.
Like many of you have already said, MM is very disappointing at the moment.

I agree with you on this. This episode turned my stomach and apparently, Ogden could care less about the effects of her actions on her husband & his job. I guess MM now promotes euthanasia.
