Given some free time afforded to me through this terrible virus I have made a Murdoch Mysteries version of Cluedo. Have played it once and all seemed to go well. If I can work out how I will add the files so people can print them to make their own versions.
I don't understand why there isn't an official version!
In this game, each player is Detective Murdoch trying to work out which of his friends has been set up.
The story goes - The body of James Pendrick is delivered to the office of the Board of control. At the same time, a tip off is delivered to Station House Number 5 saying that someone connected to Detective Murdoch was the murderer. Murdoch hears of this and must race Chief Constable Davis to find out which of his friends James Gillies has implicated. If Chief Constable Davis finds out first then they will surely hang.
Movable characters are Inspector Brackenreid, Doctor Ogden, Miss James, Detective Watts, Constable Crabtree and Constable Higgins. Locations are Station house No 4, Dark woods, City Morgue, City square, Windsor House Hotel, Insane asylum, The docks and Alleyway at night. Weapons are; Rifle, poison, motor car, garotte, axe and knife.
You can print; the playing board, the playing cards, case file envelope (my favourite item) and Inspector Murdoch's blackboard checklist.
I had to make the weapons out of lego...
Happy to receive feedback.
