I like Monk I like Ice Road Truckers I like The Mentalist I like NCIS I also like The Simpsons & The Flintstones I also like Judge Judy
My all time favourite is Murdoch Mysteries, I loved the Sue Thomas stories so when I saw that Yanick Bisson was in it I thought I'd take a quick look....the rest is history. I love it.

Older shows: West Wing, Home Improvement, Alias, Star Trek Deep Space Nine, Stargate SG-1, As time goes by, Frasier, Lost in Austen, Murder Call, Murder in Suburbia, Foyle's War, Buffy, Angel, Spooks S1-5.

I like a lot of Canadian shows although I'm American. I watched a lot of Nickelodeon and Disney Channel as a kid and they aired a lot of Canadian shows. But I also like U.S. and British shows. I like a lot of period shows (I am a history teacher actually). Some of mine are old but are shown here in reruns. My favs are Road to Avonlea, Wind at my Back, the Cosby Show, Gilmore Girls, Fri Night Lights, Cities of the Underworld, Ace of Cakes, Throwdown with Bobby Flay, Kitchen Nightmares (the British one), Downton Abbey, Frasier, Will and Grace, Friends, Project Runway and Top Chef.

Oh yes, Fringe I'm looking forward to the new series. Foyles War is another I love. Poirot of course. We seem to all have a penchant for crime and mysteries don't we?
If you haven't already seen Ice Road truckers, you've missed an excellent series.

I love a lot of TV shows, and many of them connected somehow with crimes and mysteries Castle (watching with my sister, both love it very much), Sherlock, Midsomer Murders, Due South (this one I watched in the country cottage when I was a kid - I remembered it some months ago and was surprised that I had remembered some episodes), Mysterious Ways, Life On Mars (UK) - very strong thing, love it; Ashes To Ashes - Life On Mars' spin-off, like it, too; Blackpool, Poirot, Miss Marple (that with Joan Hickson), The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes (with Jeremy Brett), Fringe (can't watch episodes constantly, usually wait until whole season ends), Bones (start watching 'cause I was eager to learn name of skeleton parts in English now enjoying it except for some storylines), Lie To Me. Flight of the Conchords - stumbled upon it on one man's site, who translated subs for it in Russian, like it - it's funny. Doctor Who, Merlin - watch 'em too. House M.D. (like seasons 1-4, watched 'til season 6), Firefly (love it very much!) Jeeves and Wooster - like it, but watched not all episodes. Slings and Arrows - stumbled across it two weeks ago, watching now Well, I suppose we haven't a lot of UK shows on TV either, but social networks fix it

I've seen Ice Road Truckers, Deadliest Catch and now I like Flying Wild Alaska. They've just started a show about people who make ice sculptures that seems interesting, too.

Oh, I forgot about Murder She Wrote! I like it too, but haven't seen all the episodes. I love Miss Marple with Joan Hickson and Sherlock Holmes with Jeremy Brett.. IMHO they are the best Well, I agree about both. Although I think that some other actors who played Holmes made him very interesting character, too, but they are not as good as Brett. In my opinion, of course, only Holmes himself can not save a film, series or anything else. For example, all the expression of Basil Rathbone's Holmes was blurred for me because of Nigel Bruce's Watson and ridiculous plot. I'm curious, how many Sherlocks have you seen?

Actually I would like to change it, I love Basil Rathbone... I've seen all of them and my favourite is the black and white version of "Hound of the Baskervilles". I must admit I haven't seen them for ages and would like to see them again but they always seem to repeat the same ones on the TV. My Mom has all of Brett's episodes on DVD. Have you ever seen Lewis? It's sort of a spin-off from Morse

No, I haven't seen Lewis, and Morse too. But I want, 'cause some people advised it. I like Basil's voice (this one I watched without translation) and a moment when Holmes removes his disguise and reveals himself for amazed Watson I haven't seen all Holmes, but I'm trying to do my best to change it) There aren't a lot Sherlock Holmes films on our TV - they showed Brett's series, films with Matt Frewer (I'm not sure - it was some time ago), Hound with Richard Rocksburg, new BBC Sherlock - that's all. And of course Russian series of Sherlock Holmes - they run it almost every holiday Maybe they showed already Ritchie's film - I don't know exactly. And maybe they showed some Rathbone's films, but not all of them - of that I'm sure. Also parody film with Michael Cane was shown. As for that: > but they always seem to repeat the same ones on the TV - it works for our series with Livanov and Solomin - they keep showing it 'cause they know everyone loves them But sadly that didn't work for other Holmes films.
