So, I'm a fan of Tom Selleck... Who isn't??
I haven't really seen Magnum but I've seen him in Friends and in the movie Killers..
Blue Bloods is amazing, Donnie Wahlberg (who was in Rizzoli & Isles too) is brilliant, Will Estes is undeniably cute. Bridget Moynahan is great as Erin and the rest of the cast are fabulous too!

So i'm not a fan of Tom Selleck! Who is?
Really i am not. If the show had been cast with anyone else in that role i would be singing its praises every day everywhere. I am however a fan of that actor who portrays his younger son. Will Estes is why i watch Blue Bloods. I came of age just as New Kids On The Block were the big thing. I was i think 7 when their first album came out. I grew up knowing who Donnie Wahlberg is. Brilliant actor. But he still comes second to Will Estes. Loved Will Estes in Reunion and even have tried to find his show Meego. Will Estes is or was a forgotten child actor who has made a come-back.
I am so saddened to know that CBS fired the creators and is changing the premise of the show. The first season is a family drama where most of the family members happen to be coppers. The second season is supposed to be a cop procedural which has familial connexions between many of the characters. Much less on the family relations and much more on whodunit. The show won't make it to a third season. Those who watched it either are Tom Selleck fans or liked that it wasn't so procedural like everything else.
