None of the above, it was in Toboco. Not sure how it's spelled, but I just watched the ep. where Julia says he worked in a private hospital in Toboco. Oh, is it spelled Etobicoke? It sounds like she says Toboco.

I didn't make the same mistake twice! Give me some credit Hannah! She says Etobicoke, Toboco isn't a place. Helene isn't known for pronouncing things 100% right. One time she said Bertillon (as in Bertillon measurements) so poorly that I could not for the life of me figure out what she was saying. So I guess you got it right and it is your turn next.

Wait ....because I watched this episode and even though she says Toboco or Etobicoke whatever... the sign at the entrance of the Asylum says "Toronto...asylum...something" that's why I wasn't sure with your list, she does pronounce Toboco (even though I'm pretty sure that can't be it) but the sign says otherwise. It's a tricky answer but because I have no idea what question I would ask, I rather that Hannikan wins this one  |

Etobicoke is a district of Toronto so technically both would be correct here but if we're being specific, there's only one correct answer. So I concur, Hannah is right.

^^It's possible of course but the suit looked pretty new to me and I don't recall him ever wearing it before season 3. Also he said, "She's an excellent seamstress," not she WAS an excellent seamstress.
It might not sound like it but I would like to be wrong about this so that the show doesn't have that inconsistency. It's very minor of course but it's still enough to bother me.

Do you pronounce the E at the beginning of Etobicoke? It sounds like a First Nations word, so maybe it has multiple pronunciations, too. Anyway...
Susannah mentioned that William was 37 in S4, so he was 34 in S1. George's birthdate was mentioned in S2... so when was or will he be the same age as William was in S1? (This assumes that every season covers a year, even if some of that year is off screen/btwn seasons)

Okay so I know what his birthdate is. There is a 6 year age difference between them (I always thought more but I guess Murdoch's just really mature). So I guess S6 would be the answer.

I can't come up with a good question for the quiz (good ideas keep evading my brain). As soon as Hannikan confirms that it is my turn I will come up with something (probably a lame one though :/ )
Anyway I can see Cosmic Cavalcade that you've been on a game binge, I guess we have to occupy ourselves on this board considering that neither of us are going to the season 7 discussion to avoid probable spoilers (right? you don't go we have some kind of an informal pact!!)

I haven't been on in quite awhile, not since I first warned about spoilers. Of course, CBC keeps putting stuff out so I'm still getting more than I would like. But I don't mind so much cuz they're not really telling you what it's about and I like coming up with theories. I just don't like to be told specifically something is happening for sure.
