There have been several characters who have appeared more than once. Who is your favorite?

This was hard but I went with James Pendrick since his episodes are more exciting. As much as I enjoy looking at Dr. Roberts on the screen, he's usually just brought in to talk shop with Murdoch. Dr. Roberts needs his own episode!

Huh somehow I forgot Anna Fulford. It's really hard for me to choose, too. I think I will choose Tesla though. His episodes are always interesting and entertaining.

Ruby Ogden. Nikola Tesla. Dr. Roberts. Dr. Doyle (nitpick: Doyle did not attain the title of 'Sir' until 1902, when he was knighted by Edward VII for his services during the Second Boer War 1899-1902).

Dr. Doyle (nitpick: Doyle did not attain the title of 'Sir' until 1902, when he was knighted by Edward VII for his services during the Second Boer War 1899-1902). Yeah, he also was much younger at the time he appeared on MM than the actor who played him.

Also true. Doyle was born in...1859...so...say...1896, he would be about...37? So, mid-to-late 30s in the time-frame of the show. The guy who plays Doyle in the series looks to be closer to 50 or 60.

Yeah, he was 51 when he appeared in S1. www.imdb.com/name/nm0943870/I recognized him from another Canadian show he was in called Black Harbour that he did in the 90's when he was in his 40's. Doyle and Murdoch would have actually been relatively the same age as William was supposed to be 37 in S4.
