Hopes would be more correct. But I think it all depends on if this show gets another season or not. I suppose I could live with the last frame of S7 being, "William, I'm pregnant!" But I still want it to end in the Badlands.
Anyway...TPBM hums the theme song to themselves on a regular basis.

Okay, the perfect ending to the series: we see William in the badlands with his adopted son/daughter, and then Julia comes out of a tent. She's pregnant.
That would make me very happy.
False, again. I hum it sometimes, but not regularly. I have it on my phone- but I wish I hadn't gotten it now. 0.99 is pretty darned expensive for a thirty-ish second song.
TPBM liked s2 better than s1.

Yeah basically that. Somehow I doubt it though. Unless there's a huge time jump I can't see it happening within the lifespan of the rest of the series.
Haha yeah that's even worse than getting the soundtrack!
They're pretty even for me for different reasons but yes, I suppose I do like S2 better.
TPBM has attempted to draw at least one of the characters.

That's true, but that would be the absolute perfect ending. I think my favorite season was 3. It had the best episodes. I loved 2&1, though- and four was good, just sad. I shall not speak of 5. Yes! In fact, I have a sketchbook full of MM stuff! Drawing and writing are major hobbies of mine, and what better to draw and write about than Murdoch Mysteries?  TPBM has seen each Murdoch Mysteries episode more than three times. |

3 was already not as funny as the past two had been, with the exception of a few episodes. But you're right, the mystery plots were probably the best and Pendrick was in it multiple times (though I didn't much care for him then). I dunno, I still think 1 and 2 are pretty much equal for me in terms of fav seasons. So if your ff stories are any indication, all of your sketches will be half finished. False. I haven't rewatched S6 yet. I'm trying to hold off for some reason even though it's pretty pointless. I'll still be waiting months for S7. TPBM would love to share a tumbler of whiskey with Brackenreid. |

Right, there wasn't as much humor. I always liked Pendrick, at first because he's one handsome man, and then I had a hunch that he wasn't guilty. Ah, well, my ff story isn't even half finished, so no. xD I actually finish my sketches, 'cause I don't post them anywhere, and knowing nobody will see them always makes me finish. I still have to do my rewatching.... I probably should have started a bit earlier. True. Though with Brax at it, there wouldn't be much left for me. TPBM thinks that George should become an acting detective next season. |

Yes I have. Was thinking of wear one when I got married. Ughhhh!!!!! So uncomfortable. I went sans corset. A loose woman at my own wedding. Lol!

Sorry, having been watching since the beginning, I wasn't ready to adjust to a new main cast member. Her taking over the morgue didn't play well with me dither.I admit they had their moments in s6- but in s5 their chemistry was non-existent. They did a better job in s6, but in s5 they tried too hard to make her a mini Julia to make up for Helene Joy's absence, and it frustrated me. If they'd made her a fresh and original character, I would have liked her a whole lot better. Georgina Reilly does a great job, I'm just not into Emily or Gemily.

I sought them out and when I realized Enid Jones was a main character and love interest for several books, and Julia was a skinny, middle-aged coroner who makes a very short appearance in one book, I decided to put them back on the shelf. False. That would be just a little scary. I also don't really come into much contact with dead bodies, except in shows, of course. TPBM would want to live in Toronto, 1901, provided all the characters from MM were actually living there. |

I've read the first book and quite enjoyed it, but not sure i will bother with the rest. But i would love to see some books released based purely on the show, like the ones written for Doctor Who and Torchwood. It would be great to get some prequels featuring Liza and william and also stories that slotted in between existing eps. The possibilities are endless. However I am pretty sure maureen Jennings wouldn't want her novels overshadowed.
AND to paraphrase Helene, 'No0oo0oOO0oo Way!!!'. Possibly for a day, just to go to station house 4 to check out the boys. I'm a realist, just the corsets and sanitary conditions would be enough to put me off
TPBM would rather go on a day long bike ride with William or spend the day with Julia at the Psychiatric Hospital.

I agree about the books, Carolion. I own a few of the New Doctor Who adventure books, and they are great, short reads. I'd love to see a few of those type of books for MM. |
