When George asked Emily: "Oh, you attended a lecture? JUST THE TWO OF YOU?" was he thinking of Leslie Garland? What do you think? I had the feeling that he was a little worried...

1. William was being a little sneak and tricking George into digging, lol. 2. I wish Julia would have turned up in William's office in pants after the lecture. I am so down for a Victor, Victorian repeat 3. Poor George asking Emily if it was just her & Julia. At least he had figured out early on that Emily was moving on. 4. Usually I love when George is involved in some crazy theory but this one didn't quite get there for me. 5. This episode is a little too "wacky". Season 7 had a lot of these types of episodes and it was just too much.

This isn't one of my favourites either, but I do love the scene at the end when George and Emily are eating their hot dogs, and George thinks the vagabond is a mole man......

The look on his face when the dirt falls out of his pants is pretty funny.

It doesn't look quite the same, but Toronto did have a boring machine in this period:

I think that "mole man" might have actually been Murdoch
