New Fan!

Hello everyone!

I originally started out as a fan of Yannick's when he played Special Agent Jack Hudson on Sue Thomas, F.B.Eye. I absolutely loved that show! As a fan of all the actors, I was interested in their other roles as well, and that's how I discovered Murdoch. I only just started watching the series on Netflix and finished the first episode of Season 3 last night...I know, I am way behind! So I'll be trying to tiptoe around without discovering too many spoilers.  But it is nice to be a part of a group of fellow fans! I haven't found anyone else in the U.S. who follows this awesome show.  Hopefully I can recruit some of my friends soon.

If your friends don't have Netflix, let them know that their local library might have a few seasons. If the library doesn't have it, they will probably order it on request since foreign=educational+classy.

I suppose there's also a chance that "The Artful Detective" will draw more viewers to Ovation, which might get Ovation moved into the more affordable tier of cable channels. But I doubt it. I don't think they could bungle viewer outreach more if some Murdoch-hater was paying them to bury the show.

I may just have to have a viewing party at my house.  We just recently switched our tv service to AT&T Uverse, but we don't get Ovation (at least, not on our package). Checking the library is a good idea though!
