Well there are no promos on the CBC web site, so perhaps that's all they could find at short notice. And perhaps you made them laugh. Or perhaps you have a secret admirer on the Toronto Star staff. |

I'm not sure how I never noticed that before. I must have been willfully shutting off my brain to avoid the possibility of them sleeping together.  It's still ambiguous. Believe what you wish (until we can find Peter Mitchell's testimony, I guess). But it would be a tactical error if he made a commitment one way or the other. Agreed. The ambiguity is fun, and there's excellent evidence for either position. I don't know the truth, but the speculation and awesome fanfic from both sides is most enjoyable! It's funny how so much little stuff pops up even when you think you've watched MM backwards, forwards, and upside down. There are now some eps I have to rewatch when my current guest is gone. This Journey to the Centre of Toronto thing is a hoot! I'm really having fun with the idea that Wiliam's subconscious could be externalized in some way, in an era that was just starting to discover the subconscious and make claims about its powers. Also, since a lady explorer and a rather improbable journey is involved, there is some possibility of the entire episode "all being a dream". In any case, "the universe" was trying to tell William something in this episode!  How could Julia see that drawing on the blackboard and keep a straight face? Why didn't she start interpreting the "landscape"?!  |
