I had had MM on my streaming queue at Netflix (US) for ages, but only just started watching it about a month or so ago via Acorn because they have all 7 seasons available for streaming. I have now watched all 96 episodes (I saw 7.18 just last night) and I am officially addicted.
I think I just might have to buy the Blu Rays just to have the extras.
I look forward to discussing the episodes with my fellow obsessives.

Here, have a fresh-baked gif (send up of the idea that William has preserved his Catholic chastity all these years while pining for Julia).

Yes, welcome indeed! Here, accept this freshly-ornamented crown as a welcome gift. We hope you enjoy your stay, however long that may be. And since you're American, have this as well -

And since you're American, have this as well - I do happen to be American, but my parents summered in New Brunswick until last year. It's just beautiful. Oh, speaking of NB, in one episode, Murdoch says he's from Nova Scotia, and in another he says he's from NB. Which is it??

I believe he spent his early years in Nova Scotia, but he went to school with the Jesuits in New Brunswick. We may find out more this season in an episode focusing in William's early years!

Welcome kellynch! I'm one of the not so tech savvy members so no hehe graphics but a warm Canadian welcome nonetheless. According to Maureen Jennings, William was born in Sambro, Nova Scotia, near Halifax but went to New Brunswick at some point after his mother died and "the nuns took him".
