What do you think?
Personally, I think this has a huge chance of happening. I still believe his intent with Emily was to stir some sort of envy in George so he would confront him.

I vote Henry x Someone else. George has already tipped his hetero hand by pursuing several women. Henry, on the other hand, has a cousin that bats for the other team and clearly knows all the moves already. He dressed William for the tennis outing. Also, what could be more gay than this?

I actually love this pairing, I even thought up a name for it; Higginstree. I thought that would be a nice name for it.

I wonder if Henry might play for both teams. I'll grant you the facts gleaned from "'Til Death Do Us Part", but there's more to consider. He got a date (visibly female) for the big policemen's ball at the end of Season 5 before George got his courage up to ask Emily, and Brackenreid saw them dancing and made a remark about Henry "punching above his weight" (which I took as approving).

Perhaps its because I see relationships as having a serious, often tragic side. George and Henry are all fun all the time. I like them as buddies. I say this as one of the few strong supporters of Emily/Lillian.

While to each their own with pairings, I think that there should be some fun moments as well in a relationship; like my mum often told me "the best person to find is someone that makes you laugh."

Those are generally the sorts of relationships that last.

George/Higgins would be a great pairing. Too bad it never happened. I do hope Higgins does get paired with another man, especially a young man from a super-rich family. I adore the forbidden love trope. It would make for a great sub-plot with Henry and the rich guy sneaking around, trying not to get caught.
I'm another who adored the Lillian/Emily pairing.

I must confess I wouldn't mind such a scenario myself, though perhaps with someone a bit ambiguous (perhaps androgynous?).Bisexuals and intersex people don't get a a lot of representation in modern media. The restrictions of the historical period are a problem, but also a source of drama, so it could be difficult to handle well yet worth the effort.
