Hahahaha, well they did use something like a beaker for pouring the water over the sugar: so we can say it drives people to experiment. Isn't that a more positive spin?

Don't be afraid - I didn't hallucinate at all! But I did almost nod off an hour after drinking it, lol. Not sure it would drive me to uninhibited "sexy time" either, but then again, I didn't have a cute date.

I did finish off a very luscious dessert I wouldn't have normally indulged in though: carrot cake with lavender honey ice cream and candied walnuts. That might have been what knocked me out instead of the alcohol.

Just realised I spent as much on the absinthe field trip than I woulx have on the zazzle shirt I was complaining about. New meds must be impairing my judgment a bit lol.

Speaking of that shirt - l still haven't finished that project. Wanted to add a maple leaf to the design.
