So how badly was William injured in the end...? The O'Shea's managed to cosh him in the head a few times and deliver some good kicks once he was down. Four against one is going to do some damage...but Brackenreid to the rescue!!!!! I was hoping he'd fire that pistol into one of those cowards, but it's enough that he's off to settle it once and for all. Julia appears to be house shopping while William is being practical. Perhaps first inkling of tension over their individual financial circumstances.... .

It's still a place-marker for now. All I got was the 30 second trailer when I clicked on it. They usually wait until the west coast broadcast is finished before opening it up. Should be any time now..

I've actually been really curious about where they are going to live. Did they go into the reasons they aren't just going to move into Julia's current house? The Brackenreid rescue is a wonderful surprise! It almost makes me regret being spoiled. I knew William was going to get rescued by somebody in that scene, but Brackenreid is the last person I imagined!

Having William move into Julia's house would make him feel like a kept man. He's a traditionalist when it comes to providing for his family so they need a clean slate that they buy together. It may be a 70/30 split but at least he's contributing. There's also the question of where he feels he will ultimately fit into the social strata of the neighbourhood. I don't think that is something that has ever really been on his radar until now.

I agree - but did they actually allude to those issues in the show? How much house can William afford?

Oh, and Julia and William still haven't set a date? Did I see a tweet about house hunting? They weren't house hunting, Julia just happened to mention that the neighbourhood they were walking in was nice or some such comment. Of course William had to mention that it was probably very expensive.

It should be working tomorrow, they usually upload the episodes the next day. They've had the trailer in place for about a week now.

They didn't go into depth. William and Julia were walking through the Brackenreid's neighbourhood and Julia commented, with implication, that it was a nice place to live. William said yes but probably too expensive, or something to that effect. Julia just smiled and they walked out of camera range.

He'll have pretty sore ribs though. On a side note, I bet Yannick's knees hurt after that scene, he went down pretty hard. I don't know, there was a funny look on William's face at the end of that scene, almost an I know something you don't look....

Yannick complained about suffering and had to go home to rest, but I thought it was for a different episode. Maybe he gets roughed up more than once this season! That funny look may be just a bad acting choice. There are times when I question Yannick's choices, like that scene at the end of Ragtime where Julia summons him for "determined woman" kissage, and Yannick looks...nonplussed? Also, I thought the way he went down in the promo looked kind of "stagey". But I'll see how it looks in the context of the actual show.

Darn it!! There was just something about the way he was replying to Julia's comment and the looks on his face in this scene but maybe I'm just reading something into it that's not there. The ep he had to rest was much later.
