Not sure how long this offer is good for. But it is legit. Unfortunately it's probably only available in Canada.
CBC has done this to promote S8...but they seemed to have posted it at the same time as the most recent jonny on an ass pic and it seems like most people didn't see it.

Dang I wish my Mom was tech savvy enough to check that out. We did get the Acorn Season 7 opportunity in the US, though, so I don't think we can complain about niche digital distribution. What we need is to actually get the current season on TV.  |

I'll test it out tonight to see how it works - I've never used iTunes before. The others are $3 - this still seems steep for online TV content to me, especially older content. You can go to matinees of older movies for $2 in my hometown. Ebooks are 99 cents. I think digital content should be super cheap and aim for wider coverage. |

I didn't even know MM was on american itunes...guess they've been expanding lately. Well it's cheaper if you buy the whole season. None of them are 39+ dollars. And every ep you buy reduces the overall price for the season by that amount. I think anyway...that's how it is with music. Even 39 bucks would be way cheaper than the DVD's here. |
