The British Museum bought their Crystal Skull in 1897: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_skullI would like to see Murdoch Mysteries do more with helping museums attempt to determine whether they are being defrauded. This was especially important in the late 19th and early 20th century when museums were bastions of national identity and power. Putting one over on a museum was also a major national embarrassment. Also the Piltdown Man is coming up: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piltdown_ManThere could be something similar related to proving/discrediting Darwin, getting on the Neanderthal bandwagon, or inventing Biblical history. There's always the "Vikings in Canada" thing to pursue, also.

Indiana Murdoch and the Case of the Crystal Skull. In the past MM has taken X-Files style mysteries but then steered the resolution back to the real world. That could be done with the crystal skulls as well.
