Alright lets say a thing: I'll put it here too for posterity's sake. This is Spinal Tap?

I honestly don't know. Well I just looked back though the episode discussions, and it's difficult to tell. It seems like most people dropped off after Season 5/6 significantly and just added little tidbits to season 7 posts and barely around for season 8 posts (though we are only 4 episodes in) But I have no idea where they all disappeared to. They could have gotten wrapped up in their own real lives, and quite honestly forgot about this forum (I know I have been guilty of that!). It is curious though how they all did disappear like that. Maybe Terrence Myers has a hand in it somehow..? It could have been Clegg! What freaks me out is there was a day there were 153 *registered* users all on the forum at the same time. Where did they come from and where did they go? They obviously came, and then went again! That being said they probably made an account to participate and than promptly forgot they made one! As this is the best spot to discuss the series & episodes. So if I wanted to talk to my friends about Murdoch Mysteries here in the States, they would look at me like "huh? What show?" as they've never even heard of MM. I can't really talk to them about a show that they haven't even heard of. But I need to get these things out, these observations, these fan arts, otherwise they just bubble within me and make me frustrated, I obsess over shows where my friends merely like or love them. They don't feel the need to read up on every little piece of information on a character and analyze ever scene, and subtext. They are quite happy just watching the show. Okay, I got a tad off topic there. But it is completely possible they joined, and actually saw how crazy we really are and ran away! (some people just can't handle it.) *shakes head in disappointment, reaches for crumpets in shape of William's Hat.*

Unfortunately, it will also only be discoverable by college kids and tech workers who stay up late - not families who might enjoy watching Murdoch Mysteries together. Anyway, if MM can hold on in that really awful time slot long enough, perhaps it will slowly attract a following here. I have faith it will attract a following faster in other parts of the country where MM runs at a more reasonable time. Soon there will be people searching on Google to find out more about the show...running across CC's videos...finding this forum...and then we will be drowning in more spontaneous fan art than we can handle.
