My tastes run to all sorts of things. I have to admit that if the characters don't ring true I can't read them, yours always do. Thanks! Which is probably the reason I'm struggling with the epic Blowup scene CC req'd- it is her birthday present after all. I'm trying to do guilty pleasure while keeping their characterization, which is something I work hard on and it means a lot to me that you think I'm getting it right. btw thanks for conveniently bringing the link back up to the top of Recent Posts. On the second part now.  But UNFINISHED?! Awwwwwwwwwww, unfair! No posting before finishing!  |

Chapter 3 is up-but it won't be enough to satisfy you! But, it seemed like a good place for me to break, as well as prevent me from meddling anymore with William's pity-party!

I love William having a pity-party, and it's probably correct to his character that he'd go to have a chat with the artist first. But I'm eager for the confrontation with Julia.  |

Ok, I'm definitely not very patient, I gave in and read Chapter 3.... And now you can go read chapter 4! 5 is halfway done-W/J really haven't argued all that much, so I'm stressing on how to have them argue "in character". Also, thanks for letting me talk myself through the writing process-I seem to like that better than completely writing by myself! PS: Sorry CC! No artists were punched by brooding detectives in the making of this fic. I tried, I really did. It just didn't work. |
