Season Three Episode Five: Me, Myself and Murdoch
Episode Synopsis: Alexander Reynolds's birthday takes a turn for the worst when he is found dead. Murdoch is called in to investigate and finds out that he was not particularly popular within his family. All of his family falls under suspicion but his daughter Charlotte is found blood soaked and confesses to the murder. She believes she is possessed by the devil. Murdoch and Dr. Tash believe that she is showing signs of a "dual personality". Dr. Ogden is also brought in to help the investigation when Charlotte takes a particular interest in her.

Season Three Episode Six: This One Goes to Eleven
Episode Synopsis: Owner of the Pendrick building, James Pendrick, is showing off his art collection to a group of admirers. Pendrick purchased a Rembrandt from a trip to France. The Toronto Constabulary are charged with the protection of the Rembrandt's return journey to the Pendrick Mansion. It gets stolen from the elevator leaving a security guard dead in the car. They solve the case but Murdoch has other thoughts, has he finally met his match?

Season Three Episode Seven: Blood and Circuses
Episode Synopsis: A Siberian tiger, Lulu, went berserk and partially devoured her trainer before escaping. Since then Lulu has been shot and taken to the morgue along with the body of her trainer for Dr Ogden to conduct her investigation. Meanwhile, all the circus hands are crowding the station house and Inspector Brackenreid becomes rather good friends with the circus monkey. Murdoch begins to believe that it wasn't just a case of a badly behaved tiger.

Season Three Episode Eight: Future Imperfect
Episode Synopsis: Both Det. Murdoch and Dr. Ogden attend a meeting at the Toronto Society for the Advancement of Eugenics and end up mixing with some of the city's greatest minds... The society is led by none other than James Pendrick, Murdoch's new nemesis. He invites to the stage the great science fiction writer H.G. Wells... Beside Mr Wells stands Julia's younger sister, Ruby Ogden.

Season Three Episode Nine: Love and Human Remains
Episode Synopsis: Det. Murdoch and Dr. Ogden are called to a crime scene on a bridge crossing the Don River after labourers find the bodies of a man and a woman in the swamplands bordering the river. Another body is found, a baby wrapped in a blanket, causing Murdoch to re-evaluate the crime.

Episode Synopsis: There is a storm battering the wall of Beaton Manor when a bloodcurdling scream is heard. Chauncey Beaton is found crumpled on the paving stones below a Juliet balcony, did he jump or was he pushed?... The servants of the house believe it is cursed and Crabtree believes them.

Season Three Episode Eleven: Hangman
Episode Synopsis: Cecil Fox is a hateful reprobate accused of killing Judge Horace Mead. He is hanged for his crime with Murdoch as a witness. Just as Dr. Ogden is about to perform the post mortem she notices something sticking out of Fox's throat. When she is examining it closer a hand grabs her arm startling her, Cecil Fox is alive!

Season Three Episode Twelve: In the Altogether
Episode Synopsis: Murdoch is investigating the murder of one Abigail Tunstall when he is drawn into the world of victorian erotica. Abigail had been posing for 'salacious' photos. Interviewing her family and finding on of those photos helps Murdoch with his investigation. He finds where the photo was taken - a studio owned by Marcus Exans, a photographer. When Murdoch is looking through photo collections for clues to Abigail's murder he makes a startling discovery - on of McHugh's models is none other than Sally Pendrick, the beautiful wife of Murdoch's nemesis, James Pendrick.

Season Three Episode Thirteen: The Tesla Effect
Episode Synopsis: Murdoch investigates a strange murder. The deceased was found in a locked room that had no other entrance. The victim appears to have exploded and burned, there is no trace of an explosion or fire. Before Murdoch can solve the case any further world-renowned inventor Nikola Tesla appears announcing that he is "too late".

Season Four Episode One: Tattered and Torn
Episode Synopsis: A case that involves a severed foot, hand and a headless torso crosses the desk of William Murdoch, a detective with the Toronto Constabulary. Dr. Llewellyn Francis, Julia Ogden’s replacement is convinced that the body parts are from one victim. Murdoch is not convinced however, and contacts Dr. Ogden. Julia would feel guilty if she did not help Murdoch on this case. She determines that the body parts are, in fact, from three separate victims. She also believes they may be dealing with only one killer.

Season Four Episode Two: Kommando
Episode Synopsis: Murdoch and his team are called to the Don Valley to attend a crime scene. A young man was found dead after being savagely beaten. The victim’s name is Tom Meeks, he was a cadet at Fort York, who was on a training course that teaches Guerrilla tactics. Another body is then found with a disfigured face, to attempt to avoid the victim being identified. Murdoch has to investigate the military unit only to discover some medical practices that the soldiers are unaware of.

Season Four Episode Three: Buffalo Shuffle
Episode Synopsis: William Murdoch announces to the station house that he is taking a vacation – to Buffalo – leaving Constable Crabtree and Inspector Brackenreid to investigate a break-in at station house no. 4. Murdoch is on his way to Buffalo after receiving a telegram from Dr. Ogden in which she explains that she believes there was a murder at the children’s hospital. The case involved a 14-year-old boy who was terminally ill with cancer. Dr. Ogden believes his death was anything but natural causes.

Season Four Episode Four: Downstairs Upstairs
Episode Synopsis: When Murdoch attends the crime scene at a wealthy house it appears that he has stepped into a typical murder mystery. All the characters are present – the victim, his grieving widow and two very different sons. Murdoch soon learns that the heart of this case does not revolve around the upper class rather than with the servants below the stairs who have a mix of emotions and grudges to bear.

Season Four Episode Five: Monsieur Murdoch
Episode Synopsis: Murdoch is called in to investigate the disappearance of a young French woman who had arrived in Toronto to visit her younger sister. Murdoch arrests a Frenchman who they catch breaking in to a suspects apartment, who they learn is actually a detective who has been hired by the victim’s father.
