Yeah, you're right actually. That must be from the S6 opener with the dream wedding.  It was posted on FB as being new, but it can't be. Arwen didn't post it recently and it's from a tweet that said something like "first day filming on CBC." That would have been last year. I would be kind of surprised if they brought fake Sherlock back actually. I think it's more likely to be the shop girl. It could also be the Indian chemist from Cloud of Doom. William might call on him for help with a case again. Or conversely, he may be suspicious of him given he is one of the only people in Toronto working with certain chemicals. |

I actually think it will be the shop girl Eva from "Murdoch in Ladies Wear", series six. I mean, they left it quite open for her to return, more so than Sherlock. I suppose Sherlock could show up, though I considered him more of a one-episode deal. I wouldn't mind if Eva did return- she didn't worry me for Jilliam in the slightest, and I really enjoyed Julia seeing right through her and laughing at Murdoch and Brax. I do, however, hope they don't attempt to turn her into a Gillies-style returning nemesis. That would be bad.

Yeah, Eva-that was her name. I agree that her story seemed less finished and open for her to return. She's got a lot of similarities with Sally Pendrick, so if they cannot get Kate Greenhouse to return, this may be their alternative avenue.

Someone on twitter guessed if it was Sherlock or Churchill, and CBCMurdoch told them that it was a good guess and they'd be dropping more "clues" later. Clues? Now I'm really hoping it isn't Sherlock. |

I know he was supposed to be annoying, but he still infuriated me.  I'm really hoping it's not fake Sherlock, and I definitely wouldn't mind if it was Eva, though like CosmicCavalcade said, I hope it's the last time. One of my favorite aspects of the "Murdoch in Ladies Wear" episode was how Julia found it hilarious that Murdoch had been so fooled by Eva because he was attracted to her. There was no jealousy or fault in their relationship because of it. I didn't like Eva that much, though. |

Yeah, I liked that scene where Julia explains what Eva is doing to both William and Thomas. They were both very clueless. I just watched Cloud of Doom again. I'd like to see the chemist again at some point. |

It reminded me of the time Murdoch discovered he had been fooled by Sally Pendrick, way back in series three. He found it hard to accept then too. From Murdoch and the Cloud of Doom? He was interesting- I was half convinced he was the culprit, but then I decided it was too obvious. That's not to say he won't be involved in something in later episodes, though. On the note of recurring characters, I'd be delighted to see James Pendrick and Terrance Meyers back for perhaps more than one ep, as we are getting a Super-Sized season. |

Yes, it was like Sally, too. Julia's teasing of William's being duped by Arlene, the murderous schoolgirl in Bloodlust was also very similar to the situation with Eva. Yeah, Dr. Sanjay Prasard. I'm thinking he could easily be worked in again, if there is ever any crime related to chemicals, either as consultant on the case or as someone under suspicion. I'm always up for more Terence Meyers and James Pendrick.  I'd like to see Tesla again. We haven't seen him in a long time. And I'd like to see Jimmy MacLeod, the tracker from Werewolves. They could always have need for a tracker again. |

The ship looks very interesting. I foresee a lake tour or a party onboard. Perhaps Murdoch & Co. are invited in their social capacity. A guest is found murdered and they have to solve it before the ship reaches port again, and the crook can escape in the crowds!
