Interesting about the silver nitrate. I love new info!
Ultimately we may never know what actually happened to Julia. The writers may choose never to go into detail but it just occurred to me that if William and Julia have any conversation about children the story will likely be revealed.

I just wanted to propose a situation in which she could still have a chance to be pregnant. But it would seem that my reasoning posed problem. And now I'm not sure to have well understood your comment. I'm happy with any reasoning which would allow Julia to have a chance to become pregnant!  It looks like you know far more about medical science than I do, so I defer to your thoughts on the matter. |
