It's October 6th (in Canada). It'll probably be early next year for the UK. Wow a lot earlier than I expected! But my spidey senses are expecting a lot of long breaks like last season. Also, last season I don't think they were finished filming until well into November, and this time I think they are taking some filming breaks. So the season may be more spread out. It sounds like hell filming all day like that: we're lucky we get the show we do instead of a lot of burned out actors. D: |

I'd still rather have a lot of breaks than have to wait nine months in-between seasons like I used to. And if there's a lot of breaks, they can't be very long ones so my sanity stays more intact.

I'm definitely psyched for October - that's much earlier than I thought it was going to be! And Peter Mitchell's comment also gives me quite a thrill.  I don't think he'd set people up for a big letdown and then let MM tank under a lot of betrayed grumbling. If he says he thinks the season opener is going to be great, I believe him!  But how can they top "sinking the Titanic"? Enquiring minds want to know!!! |

I saw that before but I still don't get the second comment. Secretariat is a movie I think, is that other one also a movie? They top it by making it a two parter and having Murdoch kick ass, or rather punch it.  |

I think what he's referring to is (1) the show was one called a "workhorse" by someone on Twitter if I remember correctly. I guess that was supposed to mean it plods along and does it's job. (2) Secretariat was a famous racehorse. Fast and furious on hooves. |

Well, we did see a shot of William on a horse, but I believe that was before the first episode was being shot...? If the logging camp one is also a 2-parter, that is two 2-parters in a row, which would be weird. |

I meant more for other stuff...but I have watched the show illegally because I didn't want to wait until Citytv aired it a month or more after Alibi. It wasn't nearly as popular back then so I couldn't just stream it since no one had uploaded it and I had to torrent it instead from a single lovely Brit. |
