I know! I like the idea of a small, intimate affair, but I don't want a courtroom quickie either.  I'm missing the Allan Gardens idea already.  I'm thinking that everyone is expecting something grand, maybe Mrs. B goes overboard and it all gets too much and they decide to 'elope'. |

I see the civil wedding as a halfway towards eloping. yep that's how I see it. They might even flee to New York just to have the wedding. I kinda don't want her to get married in a courthouse because she does not have positive associations of that place! I want her to have positive associations of the day. If we do get a courthouse quickie, I want a beautiful outdoor reception. |

I can see Mrs. B going over the top, but they will regret eloping later. I think they shouldn't be bothering spending money on a wedding and just live together. What a waste of money! They could put the money towards a house instead!! |

I'm kinda seeing this as well, but I hope it's still a beautiful ceremony. Even if it is low key-and Julia still wears a fabulous dress-even if it isn't bridal. In fact, I hope it's a stellar dress, just not from froufrou. Maybe the day becomes too much for one of them, and the courthouse is a troll as well? In fact, I'm thinking the MM team doesn't want us too see it coming. Im hoping that we get a lovely outdoor affair in the churchyard. I want William to have his church wedding-but a lower key affair. |

If they're inviting shippers and plan to have a panel afterwards, I'm suspecting it should be good, and though it's fun to speculate, I hope I don't see it coming. TBH, I hope it's not a courthouse quickie because an epic OTP does not rate a down and dirty legal proceeding. I don't see a blowout, but a small, yet lovely intimate affair full of meaning. That's what I want anyway-I don't care to see Julia go Bridezilla, even though I think they might in a dream sequence just to troll. |

The romantic in me loves weddings because they're supposed to be a statement to all of your friends and family that you have met the person you're going to spend the rest of your life with, and that you love them above all others. That's a statement that William wants to make, and while I think Julia would have been fine "living in sin", she knew William never would be, and only half-seriously suggested it. |
