"Oh, William..." LOL!!! ok, that was funny. Not to mention, despite being groggy, still managing to croak out "Terrence Meyers!" Too bad they didn't go with the Blooper reel version. "Terrence Meyers, fu#%!"

Has anyone else noticed that the trailers for the last few episodes don't really have anything to do with the title? This episode is "Election Day" and there is a whopping 7 seconds of Julia and Emily on Election Day and the vast majority is William and Terrence Meyers. It makes sense to try appealing to the widest possible audience but really.
I actually felt misled by last week's promos for Crabreemania. George did not take the lead in the investigation...he was allowed to look into things until Emily discovered Randolph had been murdered, then it was William's case.
My sense of disconnect with this season is growing and I am NOT HAPPY about that at all. I fear from the trailers that we're going to have yet another 2 story episode with minimal overlap...unless TPTB have William's murder case motivated by election fraud. THAT would make a very interesting episode indeed!

It would be great to have an episode where the different plots would actually merge and the men and women would have some interaction with each other. A case of election fraud could be a way to accomplish that. But I'm not holding my breath...

THAT would make a very interesting episode indeed! Since this is a provincial election and not national I doubt it would have any effect on national security to require Terrence Meyers attention. Glad Terrence is back though. On another note I've missed Pendrick this season, he's my fave recurring character. Unless he comes back for the final ep but I doubt that given the description.

I quite enjoyed this episode....more later. I certainly didn't see that ending coming. More later ............... This was the ep I got to see being filmed in Brantford. It's amazing how long it takes them to get very short scenes done to the director's satisfaction. The whole day was spent with the ladies blocking the polling station and at the news stand. I also watched a couple of takes with William and Brax in the evening meeting up with the Elections Officer on the steps. Total roller coaster episode for George...didn't see most of that coming at all. I thought the Terrence Meyers plotline was kind of weak but amusing none the less. Another epic fail integrating William and Julia's story arcs. So much possibility wasted.... I'm with carco...more later.

I thought it obvious, just wasn't sure when it would happen. Terrence Meyers was a red herring in this ep. Agree with you on W/J, AGAIN! Given next week's plot I doubt there'll be much room there either. Total bust this season....

Ack, had to check Twitter to see what everyone was talking about with George. So they played the soap opera card after all? Maybe they are going for the Total Fail hat trick as this "brings George and Emily back together". Lillian looking any better yet? Perhaps she's supposed to be just unpleasant enough that George will look like a better choice. Then George and Emily will look into each other's eyes and see what they have been missing all along. Lame. Edna made George a man. Sorry to hear Jilliam was a throw-away yet again. This season does seem like a PREMATURE attempt to get shippers to switch "teams". Hope the writers learned the Lsson to wait a decent period after the honeymoon first on their next attempt to beat the "wedding curse".

I'm too upset to even being objective with the mystery plot. I don't know what the writers are hoping to achieve but I'm tired of not being charmed by the show, week after week they come up with something that is upsetting.
George & Edna was NOT necessary, he seemed so happy and that story line is for soaps, I was expecting more from MM but I don't think I should expect anything at that point because I'm getting even more infuriated!!!! x(
I probably will be engaging even less than usually in the conversation - sorry for that (so that means not so much) - as I'm getting totally fed up in how this season is turning!!! And don't start me with William professing to Myers that he & Julia are really happy (we haven't seen ANYTHING to prove that) and Myers get to call Julia a SALMON!!!!! I mean really what the F*** is happening to the show!!!!!!

Wait until you see their scene at the end. I wish I knew what the writers have been thinking with Jilliam this season. In what universe is 'no relationship' an acceptable substitute for newlyweds? Even the way William tells Meyers that "we are very happy" sounded flat to me.
