This post would belong in a Season 9 page......Yannick has posted on Twitter the cast lineup for the episode they are filming.....with William Shatner as Mark Twain. (Arwen Humphries is in it, too....)

That would be so great  They also filmed at The Hamilton Club today! The manager posted a couple pics of her & Yannick. (can we embed tweets on this forum? Apparently so did Lillian too.... Aw, man! I was hopeful for a minute, lol. I was hoping she'd sail off to England and fall overboard. No offense to the actress who's doing a great job (if we're supposed to not like Lillian anyway) but I can't stand the character and I was hoping she'd have gone off without Emily never to return. This is one of the characters that diverted time and attention away from Jilliam last year. We need to get back to the main five characters. |

Same. I've never been into George & Emily. I actually quite like George with Edna and wouldn't mind that happening. Edna can just be a recurring character once in awhile like Mrs. Brackenreid. Buuuut I think with the recent events that's not gonna happen. |

Love seeing all the sneak peeks into season 9. William Shatner is a great addition to the show even if only one episode. I can imagine the blooper reel would be a treat to see. haha
I hope Lillian's story arc is over in a few episodes. I agree with the complaints that because of new characters being brought on, it really takes away from the rest. For newly weds, Julia and William were fairly neglected but I did enjoy season 8 over all. I'm not really sure what to think with George but I feel it may have been Simon that shot his father. George thinks its Edna, and she will continue to make him think that way in order to save Simon from getting in trouble. Regardless, George will be off the hook but will have suffered repercussions because of it. I'm not a fan of her either. She is boring and I would rather see her gone, than an occasional appearance as George's wife.
