OMG!! The baby carriage on the steps was taken from The Untouchables: still a heart stopping scene.
Adopting!! This should be interesting! They will have to have a nanny. And a bigger hotel suite until the house is built.
What a great episode!

As I watched it play out, I knew it was a scene from a movie but couldn't remember which until someone mentioned it on twitter. There were some great lines in this episode and 2 great storylines...the bank robbery and the pay by listen. Great episode. Oh great I think I've been listening to Trump too much...

Sure does. THose of you in Canada may have gotten wind of this development but south of the border, we live in ignorance. Will they build or buy now? They are going to have to get a nanny. Oh my. Wow, they should have picked out a puppy while they were at it! I was going to say I've never seen W&J make such an important decision so fast but the more I think about it, their minds actually do tend to work that way. Hope they can change his name. Can't wait to see how the lads react to this. What was his name again?

The scene I've always wanted the series to end on: Is it gonna happen? Guess we'll find out...in five years.

I have to admit, I was worried something bad was going to happen, but when it became clear that the baby was the big news, I started thinking of all kinds of ramifications, and the lads will be very happy, I'm sure. I wonder if Margaret will give parenting advice to Julia. I'm pretty sure Brax will have a few pearls of wisdom for WM.

Can't wait to see how the lads react to this. What was his name again? Roland, I believe. A fine name but I always thought Murdoch's son would be named William. Cute baby. Don't think I've ever seen William making funny faces at anyone before but the baby absolutely loved it. Given Geroge's background he will be thrilled, I'd guess. So now what if a previously unknown blood relative comes out of the woodwork to lay claim on the baby?

Maybe because they're going to need a nanny, it will help William get used to the idea of servants?

I can't say I'm surprised at William and Julia adopting a child, I'd had a feeling it was on the horizon. It was a bit fast though, but so long as they get a nanny so it doesn't effect Julia as the coroner, then I'm not bothered about them having a child. They were very cute with the baby. Though of course we can't be sure something doesn't happen which means they don't get him afterall.
It was a bit ironic to have the actresses in this episode who'd played adoptive mother and daughter in Child's Play. There were several actors I recognised from previous episodes. Overall this episode felt a lot like a classic MM episode. I did miss seeing Rebecca though, but nice to have Higgins back.

They're adopting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *squee* Just thought I'd let y'all know. Waaaa - when I can't watch, a baby appears? !!! PM really likes to forge ahead, lol. I'm skeptical about how a baby might reshape the show toward the sappy. I hope I can watch tonight and get some sort of take on this. D: D: D:

PM said there's a really sad episode to come so I suspect one way or another they don't end up with the baby.

I love how Murdoch's personality has loosened up since he got married. But how on earth are these two going to take care of a baby when they're working 16 hours a day? Will Julia bring him to work?

That would be hilarious! "Roland dear stop playing with mommy's scalpels" "Roland! The weaponized capatciter is not a toy!"

The hotel suite seems way too small for the three of them.
