People ave been asking me how I watch MM in the U.S. since it does not air here. I discovered this awesome service. It only makes sense if you watch a lot of British TV but if you do, you should check it out. You get to watch British shows when they are on in the U.K. www.thetelly.net

Murdoch Mysteries airs in Australia on cable television on the channel "13 Street" (it's the murder/mystery channel).
But I confess to stealing MM episodes off of Youtube and torrent-websites...

^ They should have D4 up now since it's available on DVD for the U.S. But I'm sure they won't for like a year.

Yes I don't want to be too pessimistic but we just got back the 2 seasons so I don't know how long it might take to get season 4 so let's not even talk about season 5!! From what I gather before I joined Netflix few months ago, they had the 3 seasons streaming and then they took 2 seasons out and were only showing season 1 for what felt like forever!! I guess we should somehow be happy that they are back, I told some friends already but I can't put review about the show anymore they only allow 1 time on the netflix website, so if people keep commenting that they want other seasons maybe it will happen sooner than later

Thank you, we just found this out a couple weeks ago! I was wondering how soon these episodes are posted on Acorn. The other problem for US viewer is that we can't watch with our friends in Canada and participate in all the Twitter fun. Also on the down side: this is not a good format for older generation viewers who don't use their computers to watch TV. One of the nice things about Murdoch Mysteries is it has things to offer different generations, without offending or chasing off anyone, so it can bring a family together (even across the country, if it gives you something in common you can chat about with your mom - no that's totally not me I'm referring to).

I agree with you completely. I am actually considering joining Twitter so I can follow Yannick and the whole gang...hopefully so that one of them will drop a timely clue as to where they are filming and I can rush myself there to watch.!

You don't have to register for a Twitter account to stalk Yannick (or CBCMurcdoch, or Helene_Joy, or anyone else you might be interested in). I just have Yannick's Twitter account bookmarked because he throws interesting stuff on there. Bookmark This LinkTwitter is a lot kinder to people who don't log in than Facebook is. One thing Twitter has started to do which is danged annoying: every time I check Twitter now, I get a pop up inviting me to join. If I wanted to join Twitter, I would have registered already! No need to block what I'm doing with a pop up ad *every time I check Twitter*. grrrrrr.

Ooh, even better. Stalking is sort-of good, joining...not so much!
