The preview gave the idea that William has a stalker...yikes. It was awkward to see another woman kissing him besides Julia. And Darcy is back, apparently :/

yeeeks!!! William sure did not look like he was fighting her off... Maybe it's a dream like everybody seems to think. I would prefer if it were not. While I am a William/Julia fan I have been finding their romance boring this year. The spark, the passion seems to be gone. Look how they reunited in the first episode: Murdoch Air. They had not seen each other for months, and hand holding was enough!!!!! They were talking case work within seconds. In the interview with the two actors, they did mention that they would fight this season. Other than the heated discussion at the end of the second episode, they have not really fought. Maybe this is it?

Well, I don't think it is a dream sequence because it says on the video description "a close encounter with one of the shop girls" but you never know, it could be.
William is certainly going against his religious morals and, by the looks of it, his morals altogether.
Patricia- I think you might be right about the fight in this episode. If this wasn't a dream then that would be a very valid reason for William and Julia to argue.

Gah! Can't we just have a murder and a supsequent investigation. Not all this Jillam drama?

Haha. It went from W/J's relationship being a 'light subplot' as per Wikipedia to 'heavy storyline' as per me. But I don't mind They keep things lively, except not recently. Maybe this Eva Pearce will change that.

I don't think it's a dream. I think she's somewhat "off her nut." She romantically attacked him. She's almost holding him down...

What if Julia is involved in the case and she told William not to interfere in WW's (wanton woman) fantasies, not realizing what the consequences are....

^ Yeah, that's possible.

Or what if it was Julia's fantasy, as suggested by someone on the season six thread?? That could fit into the storyline as well.

Well, not her fantasy, but her nightmare/paranoid dream. She's worried that this will happen IOW. Yes, that's possible, too.

Hello hannikan!
I have a question for you: what does IOW mean?
If this women (on the sneak preview) had a crush on the detective MURDOCH, Julia would be upset because she can not defend openly her territory; she's still married to Darcy -what a scandal!- and so she would have nightmare/paranoid dream as you said.
I have another theory that I have just posted on the six season thread.

I really do hope, that this does not break up Jilliam.
