I just hope George Crabtree does not leave because him and William Murdoch make a very good team I hope not, and I'm optimistic he won't. I think one of the things that has sustained MM is that they haven't lost any of their primary characters/actors...... |

I just want George to go back to being a constable, there just isn't the space for two detectives on the show. The latest webseries again helped show that. William and George are best as a detective and his uniformed assistant. |

Plenty of officers stayed in uniform, I don't see what's wrong with George remaining a constable until he's promoted to Sergeant. He doesn't need to be a detective, we already one of those. And we also have Brackenreid. It's not staying static, it's being realistic. George is better in uniform than as a unnecessary 2nd detective. He was being transfered because their isn't room for him at Station house 4 unless he is a constable, and prehaps later a Sergeant. |
