Apparently I wasn't too late...scored a ticket very easily-and with minimal mouse clicks and key strokes! Easy! Hotel/area recs that I might want to stay? Holy doodle, you're coming!!!!  Well done! I bet you'll get the prize for having traveled the farthest. There were people posting last night from all over the US, a few from UK and France too. Once your dates are fixed I'm sure we can plan a few adventures including a couple of days at the cottage (loads of room). Our boat adventure, the SS Keewatin and the South Simcoe Railway are all possible from there. I guess it depends on how much Murdoch your hubby can take, lol! Definitely look at what the organizers suggest. They will have recs for every budget. |

We've actually cooled off a little bit today.....the last few days have been up in the high 80s-90, and with the humidity, has felt worse......next week should be great for walking around...... |

I hope it is chock full of pictures and very detailed lists and really lays out the MM cosmos/Bible to the very last super-nerdy detail. I was a bit disappointed by the cover when I last saw it because it looked like magazine cover. IMHO something faux-Victorian would be better, since this is going to be something of a collector's item for fans. Given the sort of detail that goes into the "MM experience" fan events, I have high hopes the book will do the same thing for people who can't attend that sort of thing. Really hope it comes with maps!!! |
