And there seemed to be plenty of bedrooms, even though THAT room was not mentioned... Arg what room am I forgetting? If people are referring to a child's room, I did note there was 2 adjoining bedrooms. That did make me wonder where guests would sleep if they started having/adopting children. Perhaps William invents the sofa bed. They didn't mention a nursery, or nanny's quarters, for which I am eternally grateful........

Viewers can interpret that however they want! I like the William's wistfulness for children as just the mildest bit of tension within the marriage: not an overt argument.

I was wondering what happened to the 'Making of ...' for Local Option.

Seen on Twitter: shingles and paint on the house! It seems like the house plans will evolve through out the season. (including naughty dolls in the bedroom...?). The shingles and woodsy paint make it seem more like a Craftsman. These homes were influenced by the Ecole de Beaux Arts in Paris - hence the fancy Nouveau windows.
Also seen on Twitter: homburg xmas ornament as necklace pendant!!! Will that be the MM goddess secret handshake?

I liked Freddie better than Tess. Freddie is badass and mysterious where Tess was really bubbly and in-your-face annoying.

Also, you just couldn't keep her down! George was fascinated - but probably because he hadn't encountered that many "forward" women yet.

I was wondering what happened to the 'Making of ...' for Local Option. Apparently they don't have the budget this year to do one for every episode. So I guess they didn't have much in particular to say about that one and skipped it.

Does anyone else think Julia was stiff with Freddie. Maybe we are headed to some jealousy and tension there which would mean a lot of reaffirming W/J and their love. Something this forum seems to enjoy.

Something this forum seems to enjoy. I think some people saw this in the preview scene, but, IMHO, it didn't play out that way in the show. I liked that Julia seemed confident enough in William to allow him to hang out with other women alone: "jealous Julia" has been done with Eva, and if Julia were jealous of all women, it would be a terrible cliche and undermine her independence.

I wonder what William is planning other than the dish-washing cabinet to avoid the subject of servants.

I never thought Julia was jealous of Eva, annoyed perhaps that she was too interested in her love interest/now husband.
