Just had a thought about possibility for Crabtree Mania.......they've already mentioned they are going to have vaudeville in an episode. What a great chance to have George somehow try his hand at being part of a vaudeville show and becoming an unexpected and resounding overnight "hit". ..that would be George, as a constable doing vaudeville in his off-time; a parallel to Jonny, a stand up comedian who portrays a constable. Ooh, I like it. I'm guessing the girls who then proceed to chase him are plot devices to make Emily jealous? Definitely lots of girls chasing him around....whether it's about his books or his stage "presence" who knows? As for Emily, what if she ends up going back to Leslie Garland after assuming George wants nothing more to do with her?

I loooove the idea of George being chased by girls who then proceed to tear his uniform off of him.

As for Emily, what if she ends up going back to Leslie Garland after assuming George wants nothing more to do with her? I think that boat sailed when she found out what a cad he was. Please let's not pair her up with him again, didn't like it the first time and certainly don't want it again. I never liked LG from the beginning, I was always suspicious of his motives for coming to Toronto.

Jonny is a comedian, but George is so shy! I can't imagine it! He wasn't so shy when he filled in for Murdoch in the "Filmed Adventures...." but you're probably right. The Vaudeville storyline is probably about one of the performers getting murdered. That would be a stretch, eh? Oooh I forgot about The Filmed Adventures. Still, a closed set isn't quite the same as going up on stage in front of an audience. What were Vaudeville acts anyway? Singing and dancing? Comedy routines?

And Brackenreid will make him buy a new one. It will come out of his European Pen piggy bank.

The minute he appeared on screen I knew he was trouble.

They all wanted CC info from me (which I'm so not giving them), so I had to wait until CBC posted it.
