He notes that when Dr. Bajjali invites William to the grail with her, she's inviting him to find her vagina. Apparently this was something spelled out in no uncertain terms in The Da Vinci Code (the book).

Rewatching this, and just noticed something. Establishing shot of the asylum, coming in at about 14 minutes into the episode. Several inmates outside painting... including three of the characters from 'Murdochophobia!' A little cost-savings by reusing a shot, methinks. *grin*
